Tap at Reubdns. Dark amber color. Rich malt flavor . Some flavor of nuts, medium sweet malt. Good alt.

Draft pour pint at Reubens. Glowing bronze pour with a fading fizz head. Aroma is generous with hops. Flavor is malty, yet quite refreshing. Crisp finish with a hop reminder. Tasty.

Sample at GABF 09/26/2015, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Slightly hazy dark amber color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Small patches of lace. Malt, fruit and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Reuben's, pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and toasted nuts. Flavour is nice and bright, with red fruits, bready malt and toasted nuts. Well-balanced and fruity. Not authentic but very nice.

GABF 2014. Pours an orangish brown appearance with a tan head. Clean. Medium bodied. Caramel, nuts, slight fruity notes. Some biscuit and spice. Solid.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy amber color with creamy head. It’s a bit dusty, weak, with some dark caramel, and low bitterness; dry overall.
Nothing like the beers in Dusseldorf.

light body and fairly innocuous and kinda got lost with all the Rye beers and hopped up beers we were having. Maybe best as a starter
