Pale golden with a lingering, white foam, this Lager’s as easy on the eye as it is on the palate. Subtle orange peel and mandarin citrus notes, mildly peppery hop flavour, and restrained bitterness; complementing a soft, bready, malt base and gentle sweetness on the finish.

HOPS: Pacifica
MALTS: Caramalt, Carapils, Munich, Pils

Pint on tap at Little High Eatery, Christchurch. (Caribe). Pours a pale yellow with a thin layer of foam on top. Zero carbonation. Patchy lacing. Faint sweet nose, hint of hops maybe. Slight zing in the mouth. Taste and finish have corn, malt and a little balancing tin. Standard lager but much better than the macros.

very light with low bitterness, but decent backbone and nice creamy mouth feel. Notes of honey and grass. Fairly pleasant for what it is. A bit sweet.
