Deep golden color. Very little nose, but the German malts are very present. Deep, rich german malts tickle the back of your throat on first sip with strong bready notes. Given the lack of bitterness, I am wondering if this could actually be a Baird beer? Some apples and cherries make a brief appearance, but nothing notable. The body is incredibly smooth. Finishing rich and very mildly sweet. Excellent example of the style.
