Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, some wooden and mild herbal tones. Flavour is honey, some sour fruits, mile wine like notes with some herbal, grassy and earthy tones as well as some dry wood.

Clear, golden color and a nice white head. Nose is tart, decent fruity. Taste of apricot, faint bitter sweet wooden cask flavors, dry-ish finish.

26-02-21 // 330ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden. White head. Aroma of wineous white grapes, wood, light peach. Dry, milder sweetness. None bitterness. Lower carbonation.

330ml bottle [#0466/1050]. Minimally milky, brass colour with average, fluffy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grassy, floral, yeasty spicy and wheaty malty aroma, weak, vinous BA background, hints of hay, elderflower, a touch of red wine, woody overtones, a touch of leather, butter, whiffs of chamomile. Taste is slightly dry, woody, sweet-ish wheaty malty, minimally vinous, fruity, a touch of hay, a touch of mirabelle and peach, some elderflower, chamomile, red wine, weak hints of Marsala with a nutty touch; minimally buttery finish. Full of subtleties, well adjusted BA share.

0,3 l bottle from their Lagerverkauf on fridays. Unclear golden in the glass, small white one finger foamy head. Smells fruity and dry. Taste is also sour fruity, dry, winery, some caramel in the background. Hints of honey and sugar sweetness. Low but present wood in the aftertaste. Nice!
