8th Annual 2020 Very hazy whitish yellow gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Quite a smooth and slightly viscous palate for its modest abv. Good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth but thin malts, combine with the nicely judged vanillaz to bring enough sweetness to hold some reigns back on the slightlu tart fruits. My wife says salty lime and on this rare occasion, I agree with her, a little homemade lemonade as well. Just a whisper of quince on the crisp finish. Good stuff, nicely intense, well judged salt and at 4.6%, you can guzzle the flavour down and not be too concerned about how you are going to function at some point not too far, in to the future!

330mml. bottle. @Home, 03/03/2020 [#3.295 Global - #34 France - #4 Hoppy Road] Opaque murky yellow colour with a tiny white head. Poor retention. Aroma is full of vanilla, ice cream, coco and floral hops. Taste is meringue and vanilla ice cream. Nice Pastry sour profile. Good amount of vanilla. Yeah, kinda love it. Next one please!
