Dominus Triple is a fruity abbey beer with a slightly spicy and complex flavour. Its aromas are young and fresh. The impression of fresh earth and the fragrance of spring brewing add to a wonderfully balanced bitterness. The first impression on the palate is one of structure, lengthiness and strength with well-balanced bitterness thanks to the hops used. Dominus Triple has a beautiful, bright colour reminiscent of old gold. The head is very rich and thick.

It goes well with pressed uncooked cheese and with desserts with brown sugar, or with grilled and fried meat.

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with CanCrusher. Clear deep copper color with quickly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wine marc, alcohol, overripe fruit and mild yeast. Tastes medium sweet malty, mild fruity, grassy and alcoholic. Medium body, sticky texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not as dominant as its name tries to convince us...
