It goes well with pressed uncooked cheese and with desserts with brown sugar, or with grilled and fried meat.

Bottled 330ml. -at Restavracija Eksperiment Ljubljana. Hazy golden coloured, small white head, fruity alcoholic nose. Moderate sweet malty, yeasty, fruity and notes of spices with rather dry finish. Average and boring.

Bottle 330ml (from BBF, BB 07/2017)
Clear deep golden color, good white head. Aroma has Belgian yeasty fruityness, banana and peach. Medium-bodied, active carbonation. Fruity, peachy with alcohol and some grassy hops. Easygoing, clean tripel. Could be alias for La Trappe Tripel although it is different than my 2006 rating, but close what I had from tap last summer when I visited at brewery restaurant.

Big bottle at home. Pours a hazy amber color, topped with a small white head. Fruity and grassy aroma, a bit yeasty. Sweet start, heavily yeasty with moderate bitterness. A bit cellar-like and winey. Not the best, though still drinkable.

(Bottle, Delirium Monasterium, Brussels, 24 Oct 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, marzipan and dried pineapple. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, bread, dried pineapple, candy sugar and a spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Well made and tasty tripel. Nice one.
