Dominus Triple is a fruity abbey beer with a slightly spicy and complex flavour. Its aromas are young and fresh. The impression of fresh earth and the fragrance of spring brewing add to a wonderfully balanced bitterness. The first impression on the palate is one of structure, lengthiness and strength with well-balanced bitterness thanks to the hops used. Dominus Triple has a beautiful, bright colour reminiscent of old gold. The head is very rich and thick.

It goes well with pressed uncooked cheese and with desserts with brown sugar, or with grilled and fried meat.

Her seiles det under bekvemmelighetsflagg.

330ml bottle, as Triple Blonde, shared with Frau Eva at The House of Beer. Slightly cloudy, amber coloured body. Thin white head. Sweet fruity hops to the nose with tolerable vapour of alcohol. Mild yeasty fruitiness in flavour alongside notes of almond and earthy malts with alcohol lurking behind. Very smooth on the swallow. Quite alright without greater excitements (Rethymno, 16.08.2012).

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Cara-malty and biscuity aroma with notes of pears, overripe citrus and traces of alcohol. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Caramel-malt, subdued fruity flavours with mildly spicy notes and a present touch of alcohol during the finish. 13.X.11

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Bier Central. An almost clear one, amber in color and with a two-finger, creamy, off-white head. Quite alcoholic one the nose, lots of ripe peaches, and a good dash of sugar. A hint of yeast and spices too. It’s sweet, fruity and with a touch of yeast. Quite warming, full body and pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish with a nice warmth and some bitterness. Too sweet and warming, but it suits it very well. 110429
