Bottle @ benzai. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Smells malts, herbs, spices, grains. Tastes herbs, spices, malts. Way too much carbo, medium body. Horrible.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, fruity, sugary - sweet. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130216]

Najwieksza zaleta jest ladnie zaprojektowana butelka z lakierowanym klasztornym klimatem. Ale odrzuca mnie fakt zastosowania korka syntetycznego, prawie brak piany i bardzo malo osadu drozdzowego, ba nawet nagazowanie bylo srednie, smak srednio wyrazisty.

Orange beer with nice creamy head. But smell is very thin, just some little fruity notes. Taste is sweet, syrupy, with any bitterness, and also the finish is not dry at all. Any aftertaste almost. Boring, the most disappointing tripel till now.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, fruits, and sugar. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear golden with a bubbly head. Yeast, sweet malts, grain, bread and dough. A bit of DMS.

Bottle. Clear deep golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, little caramel, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, spices, medium sweet, fruit, hop, little orange peel and a little bitter.

Flaske fra Høkeren, på hytta: klar gylden, med litt skum som forsvinner raskt. Lite tripelaroma, og en heller beskjeden smaksopplevelse. Etiketten har mange motstridende opplysninger: biere monastique, triple og blonde. Iflg opplysningene er den brygget hos Timmermann i Belgia, men finner den ikke på deres hjemmeside. Her seiles det under bekvemmelighetsflagg.
