Bottle.Clear Amber colour with medium white head.Aroma of greapfruits and pine nice dry hoppy IPA with fruity finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a lacing, off-white head. Spicy nose, but hops that seem old and tired. Rich, malty body, some caramel, a herbal hoppiness, not overly bitter finish, but the booze s definitely there. Very old school, and that's not mean as a negative. 200720

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 22A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L221 (BBF OCT20). AROMA: medium malty aroma with a light caramel character. medium-low hop aroma with a pine presence. low alcoholic background. APPEARANCE: light amber color and slightly hazy with some material in suspension. medium off-white head, creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium to medium-high malt flavor (slightly sweet and caramelly), followed by medium to medium-low hop presence (pine, resin). initial malty-sweet balance, evolving into medium-high bitter finish. PALATE: medium-high body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a double ipa witought much hop character.

Draught, half pint. @Musa da Bica, Lisboa (Portugal). 25/01/2020 [#3.226 Global - #139 Portugal - #6 Cerveja Independente Musa] Orange to amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma is orange peel, pine and soft peach. Taste is orange peel, soft pine and yeast leading to a medium bitter finish. Next one please!
