Barrel fermented in American Oak for 18 months with cherries and currants, our Flanders Style Dark Sour pours a deep reddy brown colour. Traditional to the style, it features a gentle punchy tartness and finishes with mouthwatering rounded berry flavour.

Dirty amber with a small white head. Cherry and some nice balsamic notes. Very tart up front, some light wood and red fruit with a nice finish. Not bad, but wood dominates and cherry balsamic isn't prominent on the taste.
