Fizzy head on a pink/red beer. very tart and dry throughout. Plenty of dry raspberry, funky, a bit of citrus, acidic, light woody notes. Finish is bracingly dry. Quite a lovely beer but not for the faint of heart.

Pours a browned rosé. Small white head. Scent is intense, harsh raspberry, acetic acid. Taste is sharp. Intensely acetic. Sharp and harsh , unripe raspberry. Bit herbal. Cherry doesnt really pop up. Not great, suffers from the acetic overkill many of there raspberry ones have / had .

Aroma is ok, wat funkiness, kaas, hout, lichte framboos, scherp, vrij hoog scherp koolzuur, dit trekt gelijk door je slokdarm weer, typisch, blijft vrij lang samentrekkend, erg droog ook. Ben niet zo weg van deze variant. En ben er nu doorheen 😜
Droog, houterig, wat ijzer, zacht(er), frambozen die op aardbeien beginnen te lijken qua smaak, minder scherp zuur dan verwacht, maar ook minder complex en diepgang, wel een stuk beter voor mijn slokdarm dit..
Sweetish but intensely sour and slightly acidic #lambiclauantai

Léger trouble rosé-orange, pas de col
Arôme est bien fruité, de suite pris par les effluves fraîches de framboises, le tout garde un léger rétro acidulé/funk, vieille cave, grains - lambic avec une petite pointe de boisé.
Palais est frais avec unf ruité généreux des framboises - dur d'y déceler le côté 'bio' sans le savoir. Petite note terreuse, lambic, grains, fine sécheresse et un caractère frais fruité qui perdure gardant aussi le côté framboisier arbuste.
