Our Brewer’s Strength India Pale Ale is a US-hopped unique craft beer, pale in colour, with delicious sweetness counterbalanced by spicy, zingy hops.
American style IPAs have been inspired by the original English pale ales traditionally exported to the colonials, and have developed their own characteristic strong hop profile and alcohol content.

Clear deep golden colour, tall frothy white to off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma toasted malts, toffee, orange, tangerine, yeast, grass. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, light fruity, hop resin. Malty bittersweet aftertaste, resinous, dusty, earthy, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, not an IPA imo but an amber ale and a sturdy one.

Keg at the brewery. Gold with a white head and a middling fizz. Decent fresh leafy hops and white pepper up front with a touch of lemon. Some hop resins in the mouthfeel. Dies a little in the finish leaving a dusty, mildly dry aftertaste. Waddy's have definitely and unexpectedly produced an IPA, but it's not the best example of the genre. Pleasant enough though.
