Limited Edition #30.
The namesake of one of the guys that helps to deliver the goods for Santa, this rich ruby ale will pull you through the coldest night. With sweet flavours of toffee, raisin and biscuit it’d probably be enjoyed best with (or instead of) your figgy pud!

4/1/2020. Cask at the Duke of York, Ipswich. Pours amber red/brown with a small bubbly/creamy off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, red berries, biscuit, dried fruit and a touch of Christmas cake spice. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Has a slight medicinal edge.
