750mL bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Wild yeast, white wine, oak, and apple skins on the nose. Flavour has a very mellow wild yeast and oak character, a touch apple skins. This is very nice, a well-executed wild ale.

Bottle from the brewery
Hazy blond colour. It has fruity notes, delicate lemon, light funk and light Brett, white grapes, combined with some residual sweetness.
It's elegant and well blended. Excellent.

750ml at Andrey's shared with Alex and Phill. Appearance: almost clear apple juice color with a white head. Aroma: first nose is fermented vegetables, like a cabbage. After some time it's more like a fermented rose petals. Taste: alomg the same lines, verg smooth, balanced sourness, creamy notes coming from the barrel, some slight ascorbic notes. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, moderate funk, and oak barrels. Flavour is wonderfully funky and oaky, with lots of oak barrels, wood, and saison yeast. Okay and wild. Excellent.

Bottle. Pale amber colour, maybe some chill haze but that's it. Fairly woody and bretty - complex aroma, some hop I think, lots to enjoy. On the palate it has low carbonation, a soft juicy acidity, definitely some hop bite both bitterness and berries, and then there's a good clean brett character as well. Ok, I really like this.
