Bottled 01 20. Pours clear, quite pale yellow, nice looking fluffy head. Smells citrussy, light, bit of cheesyness. Nice and light body, slight acidity, tad watery. Taste is dry, somewhat sour, lots of citrus. Medium funk, bit of wood, not much grape.

Vintage 2020 (January). 750ml 3 years old bottle. Shared with friend Tomek. I do make sample for him. Przepieknie kwasne, owocowe idzikie, mocne nagazowanie, piana rosnie szybko, jest trwala jak na dzikiego lambocka. Metne, ciemno zolte do jasnej pomaranczy. caly czasy dziko owocowo i wytrawnie.

Bottle from Beerdome. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grapes, fruity, barnyard and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 261222

Snally: pale with small head. Aroma is weak grapey fruitiness and ample amounts of funk, basements, etc... I felt like the grape here was overwhelmed a little by the microbes. Earthy and lightly sour. Dry and somewhat fruity.

Snallygaster 2022. Poured a golden color with a small white head. Really delicate pleasant nice and tasty. Nice light grape, light berries, light acidic notes. Pleasant.

Bretta lambic yeast with lots of grapefruit. Some lemon. Golden pour with good head. Tart finish. Well balanced. Bottle pour at Snally.
