375 ml capped and corked green bottle, Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. ABV is 8.8%. Slightly hazy and pale yellow colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large to moderate head. Aroma of white grapes, mild spices / herbs and brettanomyces / farmhouse. Tart flavour, notes of brettanomyces and white grapes, low bitterness.

Draught keg at Kraft Werks, Mapperley, Nottingham. As Muscaris Lambiek. Light to mid-gold with no head. Tart aroma, musty horse blanket notes, earwax. Tastes tart with vinous white grape, lemon juice, kumquat peel. Long, dry, tart finish. Flat body. Belies the almost 9% ABV. What a beer.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, funk, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, funk, and straw, leadng to a tart finish.

Bottle shared at tasting. Apple juice appearance, no head. Aroma is well, similar to apple juice tbh. Flavor is moderately sourish but with a sweetish grape note. Quite alright. Dangerously easy drinkable though.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich lactose acid, barnyard, grapes, fruits, wood and has a nice sour finish.
