Bottle: Poured a clear golden color lambic with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some grapes and vinous notes is quite nice. Taste is a complex mix of funky ester with some vinous notes and oak with some grapes with a trat finish but no acidity. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Solid mix of vinous notes and lambic for a funky and drinkable beer.

Bright yellow with thin head. Aroma is really musty and has a pleasant funk. Elements of unripe nectarines and mango. Tastes nice and funky. Moderately acidic.

75cl bottle (bottled 12/20) from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: thin, white, not long lasting. C: gold, clear...then light hazy from bottom of the bottle. A: green apples, white grapes, yellow plums, bit mineral, floral. T: white grapes, lemon, green apples, not so ofensively sour, woody, pineapple touch, brett, medium to high carbonation, mineral, bit bready, very nice balanced as I expected, fully enjoyed.

Bottle at home. Tha colour is clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma of forest floor, pepper, oak, gooseberries, horse and apple cider vinegar. Flavour of oak, citric acid, white wine, apple cider vinegar and gooseberries. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Well-balanced and decent. The grapes are not very present.

9-4-8-5-17 Bottle, nine months after bottling. Pours hazy pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart notes of hay, fruity brett, with grapes and apples, as well as as barnyard, light funk and wooden notes. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of hay, fruity brett with apples, grapes and barnyard, as well as light funk and wooden barrels. Tart dry finish. Balanced and quaffable.

Bottle, picked up from an online peddler, split at the Grand Reunion Tasting, Watford 02/10/20. Hazed golden blonde with a good sized off white cap. Nose is damp alleyway, funk, grains, dusty fruits, grandads shed, lemon rind, herb, stewed fruits. Taste comprises earthy, alleyway, grape must, dirt, barnyard esters, wood must, balanced acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light puckering climax. Solid stuff.
