La Cress is a delicious blonde beer that leaves a rich smooth feel in the mouth. The brewing process includes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, providing natural carbonation. The watercress seeds add the herbal flavor. In addition to the inherent bitterness of the watercress, you will also appreciate the beautiful hop aroma generated by the 100% pure Belgian hop varieties.

Fruity nose. Clear pale golden colour, large frothy whitehead, slowly collapsing, good lacing. Aroma yeast, balm, chamomille, bitter lemon, candy sugar, honey notes, floral. Taste medium sweet and light to medium bitter, fruity, herbal and spicy notes, average to long duration. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste with herbal bitterness and peppery notes from the watercress I presume in the finish; peculiar and interesting brew,.
