Clear orange beer, small aery white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: quite some citrus, hay, malty, grains, bit fruity, some honey. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, grains, some hay, bitter hops, bit sweet and sugary. Aftertaste: little hoppy, hint of exotic fruits, very malty, hay, grains, cow stable, German touch, sugary and sweet. Glad this one was no gusher. ;-)

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, malt, fruit. Flavour is citrus, yeast, malt, fruit, orange, pine. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle 330ml. [ As ’t Gaverhopke Eva ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fruity, sharp yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, yeast acrid bitter, fruity, wet dog. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140118]

Clear golden beer, medium carbonation. Medium body. Aroma is floral with light hoppy bitter finish. Well balanced and drinkable.

Vestjysk Vinter Vanvid januar 2014. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malt, light fruits, phenolic yeast and possibly a little brettanomyces. Dry, yeasty flavour with a fruity note

Bottle @ Fynsk Brunsviger er kommet til Ulfborg for at blive , som streger i dine hvide underbukser. Day 2. Pours hazy golden with a bubbly head. Dust, yeast, citrus, leather and mild funk. A bit unclean as always with this brewery.

Bottle. A more or less clear one, golden-orange in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is pretty weak, with some pale malts, citrusy fruityness, orange mostly, and with a touch of grass and pine cones. Medium to full body, pleasantly carbonated, and semi-dry. The flavor is mostly citrusy, leaving the bready malts in the back. Some yeast too. Some bitterness in the end. Decent, nothing more, and a tad yeasty. 140118

Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, pine and yeast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
