Draft at BeerAttraction 2018, in Rimini, Italy. Pours intense gold, with medium-high white foam, very fine. Aroma is grainy and malty, elegant. Body is somehow dense, with good carbonation. Taste is quite sweet, though with a bit of bitterness. Finish is a little below average.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianco latte media grana evanescente, colore ambrato velato, al naso malto caramello miele uva succo di pera, in bocca è avvolgente malto caramello miele succo di ffrutta spezie, dolce, lieve acidula e astringente, corpo rotondo, carbonatazione leggera, amaro percettibile. Nel finale predomina il lievito. Buona 09.02.18

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks avrashi. 6.5%. Hazy golden. Aroma of yeast, fruity esters, grains, light spiciness, a bit of alcohol. Sweetish flavor, yeasty, fruity, with a bit of graininess, and a spicy hint in a mildly alcoholic finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottiglia @ Golosaria 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è più che sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma beige a bollicine fini ha una discreta resistenza. La frizzantezza è costituita da bollicine fini, con carbonazione vivace, persistente e insistita. La consistenza del liquido è velata. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è secco, complesso e intenso. L’aroma in bocca ricorda pane tostato, resina, agrumi, note calde e speziate.

Bouteille 33cl partagée avec Tderoeck, merci! Ambrée, col épais blanc-cassé. Arôme donne de suite le ton avec un bouquet levure rappelant une Hefe allemande. Note de banane, ester fruité avec une légère pointe d’épice. Petite touche venant de la coriandre. Palais au profil, ici aussi, très allemand avec des notes de banane et de fruité ester, on note ne retrait une pointe épicée de coriandre. La note maltée reste moyenne avec un grains de froment. Banale et correcte, sans plus.

Clear dark orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: when smelled from the bottle: very fruity, "cuberdons" or red forest fruit candy. From the glass: lots and lots of banana, sweet grains, cow fodder, barn yard. MF: way too much carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of banana, bit sweet, herbal, spicy touch, some caramel. Aftertaste: little bitter, lots of banana, some citrus, herbal bitterness.
