Süßlich-fruchtiger Geruch, wenig Schaum. Der Antrunk ist wässrig-mild. Sehr wässrig. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine sehr moderate Säuerlichkeit hinzu, die aber sofort von einer (für meinen Geschmack unpassenden) Süße aufgehoben wird. Kaum typische Säure spürbar. Der Nachgeschmack ist auch sehr wässrig. Leicht fruchtig-süßlich (Anklänge an Himbeeren oder rote Johannisbeeren), dabei leicht hefig-mild, aber sehr schnell abfallend. Der Geschmack ist sofort weg. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine leicht süßliche Note, die der von Leitungswasser sehr ähnlich ist.
→ Für eine (selbst nachgemachte) Berliner Weiße viel zu mild und „unsauer“. Außerdem viel zu wässrig & charakterlos. Echt schade! 8+12+4+5

Look: dirty pale golden, almost beige body, small white head.
Aroma: wheat bran, yeast, light fruit, white grapes, some malt sweetness even.
Taste: quite aggressive prickly lactic sourness, bran/husk, light body.
Light and refreshing but a bit too „dirty”.

Bottle as shown thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy pink beige with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong lacto, oak, horse blanket. Thin mouthfeel and warhead like sourness with strong tart finish. SO sour, really enjoyed this one.

27/12/2013 330ml bottle. Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di limone, note lattiche, frumento. In bocca è acida, limonosa, rinfrescante ma un po’ monotona a lungo andare. Corpo leggero, ottima beva, carbonazione media. Un po’ troppo "easy", ma tutto sommato ok.
