Unsere saisonale Sommererfrischung wird mit echten Hibiskusblüten gebraut um die Aromen von Hibiskustee mit einem leichten Bier zu kombinieren. Die Hibiskussäure macht das Bier erfrischend spritzig und angenehm leicht für heisse Sommertage. Im Geruch bringt die Hibiskusblüte die Aromatik von roten Beeren, kombiniert mit Früchteteearomatik welche sich auch im Geschmack fortsetzt.

Ein Bier welches dank seiner roten Farbe weder so aussieht, noch wie Bier schmeckt. Ein Blütensud für offene Menschen, Menschen mit Stil und Geschmack.

0,3l from tap at Ottakringer Braukulturwochen. reddish clear colour, small white head. smells flowery, peppery, ripe fruits, lightly sour. ok smell. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, light flowery, spices, a bit peppery, light sourness, very light malty bready. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with light berry, flowery and and lightly fruity. quite nice one, not such a fan of the smell, but taste is quite nice, refreshing berry and fruity notes. good stuff overall.

Bottle at a tasting. Simple, socks, hibiscus, not much else. Low hoppiness, low maltiness, clean fermentation. Not bad, not my favourite either.

Bottle from Beer Store Vienna.Pinkish aroma with light pinkish head. Caramel malt, hibiscus in aroma. Taste, malt, caramel, hibiscus. OK.

330 ml bottle bb 01.03.2017, from Beer Store Vienna.
Copper, moderate hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, slightly pink head.
Aroma of flowers, sweet and sour berries, some perfume, some grass, candy.
Tastes of flowers, grass, fresh herbs, sweet fruits, bread, some candy.
Medium, moderate creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes floral, grassy, a bit herbal, medium sweet, slightly dry.

Nice one. Really fresh and easy, with a well balance between floral, sweet, grassy and a bit bready notes. Quaffable and quite unique summer beer.
