Unfiltered Ichnusa, a full-bodied and rustic beer, made with pure barley malt, with the characteristic pleasantly cloudy appearance, due to the yeasts left in suspension. It is contained in a special bottle, more pot-bellied and different from the rest of the range. Ichnusa is a beer that offers a very tasty and thirst-quenching drink.

0.33 l bottle from 'Gastrodrink', best before February 2024. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, moderately floral aroma of grains, honey and some straw with traces of apricot. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral taste of grains, straw, honey and light apricot, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent lager, expected much worse.

Bottle (thanks Marianne!). Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, grassy, mild herbal and some sweet malts. Flavour is herbal, some sweet malts, mild bready and earthy tones. Nicely crisp and surprisingly clean.
