(On tap @ Mikkeller Viktoriagade, Copenhagen, May 7/19) Clear gold pour with a white head. Notes of sweet-tart apricot, ripe peach, fairly high lactic/citric acidity, grapefruit, sour white wine, pale malt, oak, floral berries, moderate funk. Long sour finish with apricot and oak. Light to medium body, semi-slick, soft carb. Solid stuff, nice apricot character (sweet and candied) but pretty sour as well.

On tap at Mikkeller San Diego, pours a cloudy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense apricots upfront, with light wild yeast. Flavour reveals intense apricots, with lots of citric acid and a touch of wild yeast. Loads of apricot here. Lovely stuff.
