Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso rimanda all'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore color avorio resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si percepiscono sentori di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente e agrumi.

Smell of malt, faint sugar. Deep copper colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, earth, caramel and faint cognac. Flat carbon. Sweet, lightly bitter. Slightly stuffy, but pleasant.

33cl bottle at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark amber with a good head of cream foam, fading fast. Aroma is hazelnut and malt. Body is average, with good carbonation, and some stickiness. Taste has good sweetness and bitterness, rather malty, some coffee. Finish is kind of short.
