The V.I.C (Very Important Club) IPA is brewed exclusively for the Mikkeller Beer Club, March 2019. Based on our DDH Vic Secret & Mosaic IPA but features a different dry-hopping schedule and an even more Vic Secret-focused hop bill.
Malts: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Naked Oats, Torrefied Oats, Torrefied Wheat & Dextrin
Hops: Vic Secret, Mosaic, Simcoe & Citra
Yeast: WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast

440 ml can from MBC, bb 07/08/19. Pale orange, hazy, a bit milky body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, off-white head. Aroma of dankness, wet grass, stone fruits, lemon, some tropical fruit flesh, some pine, slight vanilla. Tastes quite similar, with more grassy, earthy notes. Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes dry, medium bitter, mineralic, a bit cerealic, with a moderate, oily sweetness, pine, earth, grass, some juicy fruits. Very nice, interesting mix of dankness, juicy fruits and earthy-grassy notes. Drinks crisp, with some unique character. Not outstanding maybe, but really quaffable stuff. Score: 7 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

440ml can from Mikkeller Beer Club. Fresh, juicy and grassy hoppy with some hay, grapefruit, citrus, pineapple, mango and loads of tropical fruitiness. Hints of crisp bitterness in the finish, quite nicely balanced hop juice.
