This beer combines two of our favourite things, powerful hoppiness and the saison yeast strain. Being one of our lower alc beers, this brew allows you to enjoy a interesting and taste forward beer and still being able to enjoy yet another. The label? It ́s full of landmarks of our beloved Åland, recognize any?

This cloudy DH Farmhouse Ale is intended to be a true session beer. Brewed like a Saison, but hopped like an American pale ale.

Bottled (thanks Roger Källman!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some floral and mild catpissy elements. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild toffeeish and earthy tones along with some wooden elements. Slight spicy yeast to it as well.

How: Bottle.
Where: Had at home.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, yeast, spices, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, yeast, malt.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, grayish golden with a white head. Yeasty and very spicy aroma - Galaxy not so much. Medium body, fruity and yeasty and very dry - almost astringent. But again the Saison yeast very much overpowers the Galaxy hops. The finish is more dry than bitter. Not a bad Saison as such, but not really a Galaxy Saison. 060818

Smell of straw, some citrus. Muddy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of straw, malt, some sugary notes. Wild but soft carbon. Medium bitter, mildly sweet.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 2018-10-24. Batch nr: 22. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, spices, pepper, citric elements, hops and malts. Pretty hoppy!... and I like galaxy. But overall still nothing special. Strange watery element in the body.

Bottled 330ml (Pien)
Hazy yellow colour, small white head. White peppery, Saison yeasty aroma with gooseberry bush notes. Light-bodied. Some fruityness, pepper, gooseberryish hops. Light "Belgian IPA" -like. Ok as such.
