Clear red brown beer, small irregular creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, lots of (over)ripe banana, spices, aniseed, cloves. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sourish, soft roast, dry touch, some vinegar (infected?), red berries, little bitter. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, hoppy touch, bit lemony, soft bitterness, hint of coffee. Tastes as if something went wrong, possibly an infection?
