Please rise for an American style IPA blessed with a golden opalescence that is sure to delight your tastebuds. Zesty notes of lemon and grapefruit match the fruity, juicy flavour of citrus (Cascade, Amarillo, Moasic, Citra) and a subtle, fresh, pine spice (Nugget, Centennial). A light but chewy body, and we all like that, with subtle bitterness leaves the palate tingling and ready for more.

Clear golden color with a fine thick white head. Lovely lacing down the glass. Toffee, fruity and citric. Quite fresh and ok ale. Medium body and a smooth carbonation. Ok balance.

Tap at Dublin Airport, Gate 407 :) 26th July 15. Swung a pint of this back whilst waiting. Pours clean, clear. Fairly lively. Aroma is minimal, slight hops. Taste is clean, slight bitterness, easy drinking, nothing remarkable, but fine

Trevlig.

Clear amber color with big head. Aroma of citrus, grassy floral hops and malts. Taste is bitter, piney, toasty malt body, dry. Bitter finish, smooth silky mouthfeel with a rather high carbonation. A mixture between a classic bitter and an American Pale Ale with some nice piney aspects. Really more a bitter than an APA, the aroma hop profile is too shy.

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.com. Pours clear amber with medium foamy head. Light malty character with floral hops, light citrus and a pronounced bitterness. Not particularly hoppy for this day and age but when it was first brewed, maybe so.

On tap at The Porterhouse, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Nose is very restrained, just a bit of floral hops. Flavour is quite bitter, with astringent hops and not much else. Boring but okay. Meh.
