@home poured into a shaker. Clear amber brown colour, good creamy tan head, thin layer remains till the end, fair lacing. Aroma sweet and roasted malts, caramel, brown sugar, iron notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, brown sugar, bit roasty, spicy notes. Medium body, oily to sticky texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, sugary (but not too), bit roast, earthy notes, pretty good.

Smell-weak, malt, faint Belgian notes. Foam- thin malt, acidic, weak sour notes somewhat weird. Head is small, light brown in color. Appearance - brewer bottle cap with a unique color to beer, let us imagine it is unique. Clear ruby color, medium carbonation. From - snifter Taste - weak malt, bit acidic, some weird very faint background sourness to it, some caramel in mix. Not bad, but has some oddities to it.

This is what i'd call a great biere de garde, amber. Super clean, malty, maybe a touch sweet. But all the the flavours that are there are super desirable and nice. online beerwulf (3.8 march 2020) Again at brewey inghent same rating, great

Bière pression bue au Gentse Gruut à Gand. Ambrée foncée limpide, nez sur le caramel et les céréales. En bouche, ambrée standard un peu trop légère à mon goût.

Bottle. Orange color. Nutmeg, caramel and coreander in the aroma. Malty sweet, spicy flavor. Sticky mouthfeel. Notes of alcohol. Lacks character.

Intense amber pour with reddish hues and a bone-colored head. Aroma is booze, caramel, orange, honey, dough, toffee... Fresh and mouth-covering, firm, leading to a medium-lasting finish in which some pie and [surprising] undergrowth tinges show up.
