bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine persistente, color marrone/mogano limpido, al naso caramello prugne secche zucchero di canna e leggero affumicato, in bocca malto frutta matura uvetta sotto spirito spezie con leggere note tostate, carbonatazione decisa, corpo leggero, watery, amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Manca un po' di corpo ma non è male. 14.09.18

clear dark amber to mahogany colour, large, dense and quite stable beige-ish-yellowish head; aroma and taste of plum jam, some dried cherry, roasted rye bread and burnt sugar; quite enjoyable

Thuis uit een flesje. Ik heb een ander etiket dan op de foto en ook is het abv 6,5% in plaats van 6,6%. Mooie donkere amber kleur, beige schuim. Lekker, maar niet bijzonder. Prima voor in het café van de tap lijkt mij.

Sample at the brewery. Dark amber color, creamy offwhite head, persistent. Aroma is malty, roasted malt, juicy, some berries. Light body, thin texture, average carb. Smooth finish. Simple, earthy, honest, easy to take, smooth.

Roodbruin bier zonder schuim. Smaak is licht fris zoetzuur en licht fruitig met iets van rozijn en bessen.

23-07-17 // bottle sahred at home. Almost clear copper coloured. Small white head. Mild sweet malty, mild caramel. Smooth. Solid.
