Bière ambrée de type India Pale Ale obtenue à partir d'un mélange de 3 malts d'orge. Son niveau d'amertume prononcé est dû à deux houblons d'origine americaine. À déguster entre 6-10°C avec un fromage type abbaye.

Clear orange beer, huge creamy and a bit irregular fluffy yellowish head, very stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, quite some tropical fruits, some caramel malts, sugary impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good hoppy start, malty, nice bitterness, sweet, hoppy, some tropical fruits, nice stuff, I like it! Aftertaste: hoppy, a bit resinous, good bitterness, malty, caramel, bitter, a bit oxidized, ok but definitely not great.
