It is a beer of wheat, barley malt and raw wheat. But not just any wheat: this beer also has precious ancient grains among its ingredients. It is a beer that intends to offer itself with a delicate personality, through a creamy and persistent foam, and a taste of wheat, coriander and orange peel.

Bottle at a market in Florence: pours cloudiesh brownish yellow. Aroma is light spice, yeast, straw. Taste is sort of sweet, spicy. Sort of witbier like, but more of its own thing. Kind of weird. Drinkable enough.
