Yggdrasil x Lazy Kitty Brewing Dig the Rice Rice Session IPA 5.8% A copper/brass color with soapy looking top of foam and a floral sweet aroma. Medium to full bodied with a chewy mouthfeel. The taste is rich honeyed malts with mild fruit notes that are a bit earthy.

very dry hoppy nose with mint, melon, white grapefruit and a touch of Muscat.dry hoppy mouth light body. Nice depth. Aggressive bitterness. Like it but don’t love it. Still a decent session ipa

Got that rice thing in the aroma. Not sure how to describe it but that kind of sake boozy thing. Taste is similar. Feels stronger than it is. Light bitterness. Interesting!

Bottle from the brewery. Nose is oranges, grain, rice, lemon. Fresh and sunny. Slightly herbal. Clear bright golden orange, medium head. Creamy, smooth flavor, citrus, grainy, slight perfumy Jasmine rice, malt, herbal hops. Hops are restrained, overall very fruity, creamy, light. Nicely bitter, snappy finish. Good.
