Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently tart apricot, some mustiness, and wild yeast. Flavour is full of tart apricot, oak, and gentle pithiness. Acidity is moderate. Not the most complex but it's pleasant.

2oz. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: loads of apricots and apricot jam, maybe a little of yogurt nites. Taste: along the same lines, a bit more acidic than I prefer. Overall: pretty good for what it is, the description says it is mixed fermentation ale (Inwish it would be saying saison), and it is.

Poured from the tap. Murky orangey gold with small white head. Lots of apricot, medium tartness, feint hint of a yogurt quality, but not distractingly so. Decent.

Smells of yeasty thin apricot, fresh, hay and funk burning through; okay thin orange gold body with little foam. Flavour is nice sweet soft apricot, strong yeast, mellow chalkiness. Not very crisp, a little too still for what it is. Nice nonetheless, a little subtle but honest and real.

Cloudy yellow with a very small white head. Vinegar and apricot. Tart apricots and a clean finish.

Kind of a murky and not much head. Brett and barrels and apricots, lots of fun on the nose. So much deep apricot, lots of brett, a beautiful jammy sweetness, a bit of barrel. I like the balance of this.
