Reddish brown colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma and taste of apple pie, licorice and anise notes , butterscotch, candied sugar and some Christmas spices; great beer, many thanks, Chris!

Big bottle wrapped in paper kindly shared by Finn. Cloudy dark reddish body, beige head, spotty lacing. Dried fruity aroma, fruit compote impression. Taste of brittle caramel and dried fruits, plums and prunes. Lingering sweet fruity ending. Slow sipper, too sweet in larger amounts. Flaske 750ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Delt med Rune, Snegurochka & TheCellarer på Tårnrommet 14 Aug 17. Veldig hissig! Amber. Lavt skum. Plommearoma. Mye kullsyre. Smaken plommer. Langvarig. Kullsyra ødelegger mye. På grensa til tungdrikkelig.

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2013) 2016-01 getrunken. Vielleicht schon etwas überlagert aber super süffig und lecker. 9/4/8/4/15 Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2015) 2016-12 getrunken. Das Bier "gast" in der Nase aus und verbreitet einen merkwürdigen gasartigen Geruch. Am Gaumen ist es fast Geschmacksneutral. Ach nö! Das hier macht kein Spaß. 2/4/3/4/5

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Rosso/bruna, intensa, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianco sporca media. Al naso note di frutta sotto spirito, caramello, leggere note tostate. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale amaro medio. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione medio-leggera. Lievemente ossidata e con poco spunto.

Tap at Luppolo Station, Rome-Italy. Chestnut skin pour, beige foam with retention. Nose is macerated cherries, Scotch is there. Mouth: it sips easy, vintage roast notes, mild caramel.

75 cl bottle, shared. Label says 8.7 % alcohol.Hazy dark amber colour with a creamy, lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, toasted notes, fruits, yeasts and toffee. Some spiced notes. Taste is sweet. Full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with caramel malts, yeasts and fruits. Some spicy notes and subtle booze. Nice Winter warmer.
