375ml from De Bierschuur @ Ryan's shared with Farees.
Aroma: bold, pretty nice funk, some sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, good funk and minerals, nicely balanced.
Overall: good one 👍

Poured from 375mL bottle (batch #01501; bb 29/11/2038). Lightly hazed orange gold with minimal white head and a touch of sediment. Full bodied, barnyard funk, very nice.

Bottle, 375 ml at the brewery. Clear dark gold with short lasting white head. Funky, cellar, some leather, barnyard, very smooth, moderate sourness. Maybe lacking a bit more punch towards the end, but still very nice.

Deep golden colour with thin head. Very soft and well rounded. Subtle sweetness of vanilla and cognac.

Bottle at Heerlijk Mariakerke. Automatically one of the best beers I've ever had. Clear amber colour. Thin white head. Aroma of sourness farmyard funk. Some age. Some biscuit. I almost cried it was that good. Then it just slides down so good so easy. So lovely. Soft sour finish. Like a lemon ice cream. It's glorious. The biscuit is delicious. It has so softened over time that the acidity is almost a background flavour. Wow. One of the best beers I have had.

375mL bottle, cork pops under considerably pressure upon opening, pours a hazy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out plenty of barnyard funk, champagne notes, light leather, and a hint of white wine. Flavour is full of champagne, sparkling white wine, moderate barnyard funk, and a hint of citrus. Complex, funky, vinous and champagne-like, with aggressive carbonation that is perfectly fitting. Wonderful stuff.

Bottle: Poured a golden color Lambic with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart funky etster notes with some oak and light green apple notes is pretty enticing. Taste is also a good mix of funky trat notes with some light barnyard notes, some green apple acidity and some oak. Body is about average for style with a good carbonation level. Solid gueuze with right mix of complexity and drinkability.

Fles 37,5cl thuis. Licht fizzy, droog, matig zuur, fruitig, hout, eik, paardedeken, zoeten, malttonen, tonen van witte druif, licht vanille, lichte cognactoets, vrij zacht. Redelijk complex. (20-8-2021).

0.375 l bottle from 'Speciaalbierpakket', bottled in November 2018, cellared for almost a year. Almost clear, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather funky and gently fruity aroma of lots of horse blanket, leather, old lemon, oak and light gooseberry. Minimally sweet, quite sour, intensely funky and gently fruity taste of oak, horse blanket, old lemon, some gooseberry and light hay, followed by a medium long, quite tart, fairly funky, rather woody-dry finish. Medium body, gently astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Lovely complex, intense but also Boon-typically well-balanced, really good again!
