Bottle, gift. Aroma is yeasty with estery notes, pale malt, sweet fruits, some floral notes, lightly sugary. Flavour is above medium sweet and lightly bitter. Body is medium. A fine Tripel.

Bottle, 8%. Perfumy, yeasty and clovey aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is soapy and yeasty. Medium maltiness and medium mouthfeel, so not one of the very thin tripels. Clove and mineral finish.

33 cl bottle @ Sijf, Rotterdam. BBE 07/2020. Aroma has soapy tones and apricot. Foamy palate. Flavour has cereal, apricot, orange and minerals. Also alcohol. A mediocre tripel.

Fles 33cl bij Café Walenburg in Rotterdam. Belgisch gist, zoetig, fruitje, geel fruit, wat suikers, licht kruidig, licht koolzuur. (21-9-2019).

33 cl. bottle shared with Rick and Marinka @ Fools Inc. hazy dark golden with a white head. Yeasty fruity aroma. Sweet taste with a nice bitter finish. Nice but a bit standard tripel.
