(swing top bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Yeasty and fruity aroma with notes of apricots and citrus, backed by pale malt and a mildly spicy touch. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, full bodied with a lively carbonation. Straight pale malt-character with fruity notes of mainly citrus; sweet and citric sour-fruity finish with a warming alcoholic strength. Likeable but also not very complex. 26.XII.11

Not the most standard Christmasbeer. A light sourness is present especially in the finish. Still a nice beer, very nice taste overall and the alcohol doesn’t dominate.

Great smell and taste. Mouthfeel could use a bit more body. Colour is pretty nice. I think this might be the first non-black x-mas beer i’ve had.
