75cl bottle @ Mum's New Year's Eve 2025, shared with brother Ben and nephew Daniel. Pours a misty blonde, large fluffy white head. Sugary nose, vibrant Belgian yeast. Vibrant sweet yeast, some sugar, a hint of spice, potent alcohol poke.. great blonde.

1/8/2025. Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Out for my evening dog walk on a chillier evening and overhearing a fellow dog walker whistling "Santa Claus is coming to Town", this beer seemed an appropriate one to try when I got home. Poured hazed golden brown with a modest frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, toffee, ripe fruits, sponge cake, yeast. Quite sweet to taste with developing, and slightly harsh, boozy bitterness. Medium plus body, smooth, average carbonation. Warming alcohol finish. Alcohol was not hidden. Nice aroma but booziness made it somewhat heavy work.

Cloudy gold. Good head. Belgian pedigree yeast, pale malt, fruity notes, spicy hop. Perfect balance.

9,0% ABV. Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
