Golden blond beer, strong fruity taste. All the expertise of our master brewer . The robe tends to a strawberry blonde with a little turbidity. The nose navigates between the floral hop and citrus peel. The palate is elegant, the hop is very present but subtle and doesn’t overpower the overall taste. A touch of bitterness towards the end of the palate to balance it out. A magnificent brew that combines power and finesse, a firm hand in a velvet glove.

0.33l bottle. This is a light cloudy/heavy blurry honey-peachy one with a nice medium sized, lasting and lacing almost fluffy off-white top. It smells really nice this. Could be the fact that I have been drinking pale lagers all day, but I really think this smells quite nice. It's both sweet and fruity with light candied sugar, maple syrup, some shampoo-fruitiness and fresh flowers. It's perhaps not an particularly special aroma, but I quite enjoy it. Oh, yes. That's something different than the pale lagers alright. It's rich and oily on the mouthfeel with a right below average carbonation level. Nice strong flavors also. It's a Belgian alright. Warming alcohol, apples, candied sugar, hair spray and some yeasty thing in the finish. Slightly salty as well. Yeah, I like. 19.01.2013

330ml bottle, 9.7% abv, picked up at Vinmonopolet Hamar. Straw- yellow coloured body, rocky white head reduced to a lasting layer. Spotty lacing. Sweet fruity smell with notes of alcohol. Flavoured with sugar, bittersweet lemon, alcohol and lighter notes of spices. Yeasty fruits to the finish. Medium bodied. Ok, a little unvaried sweet, perhaps (shared with friends Ottestad, 16.02.2013).

Cloudy light amber color with creamy head. Aroma of classic Belgian Tripel, with spicy yeast, mild. Highly carbonated; the yeast provides a mild spicy and fruity character; the malt flavor is moderately sweet; the bitterness level quite low, and unfortunately the alcohol perception too high; hints of vegetables, and light metallic feeling in the end.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of gunnfryd. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Yeasty, phenollic aroma. Rich body, heavy on the white sugars, excessive carbonation and a boozy finish. 160213

Bottle. A dense, finger-thick white head forms over a lightly unclear orange-golden body. White sugar, some herbs, canned peaches, a touch of malts and a faint spiced note in the aroma. Some alcohol too. The flavor is sweet and fruity, yet it’s quite dry on the palate. Full body, quite effervescent. There’s also spice notes, alcohol and white sugar. Some bitterness in the finish. A quite pleasant one, but I think it would benefit from a slighlty lower ABV. 130216
