Golden blond beer, strong fruity taste. All the expertise of our master brewer . The robe tends to a strawberry blonde with a little turbidity. The nose navigates between the floral hop and citrus peel. The palate is elegant, the hop is very present but subtle and doesn’t overpower the overall taste. A touch of bitterness towards the end of the palate to balance it out. A magnificent brew that combines power and finesse, a firm hand in a velvet glove.

Thick-set, dense white head over coldhazed orange-golden beer; yeast remaining in the bottle. Dry, alcoholic & grainy nose, bit of vegetable oil; bit gassy. Dry, malty, but with very restrained sweetness. Tad spicy, some CO² acidity. Sweetness, corn-like, comes as an afterthought, once warmed up a bit. Attenuation seems to be quite OK, very carbonated, little restugars; medium bodied. Clean. And uninspiring.

Bottle @ VBPF’12.
