For this specialty, the Antoniano Brewery chooses Solina wheat which is an ancient variety of soft wheat that grows between 450 and 1400 meters above sea level, where it resists intense cold and snow on land poor and rich in stones. Sown between September and November and harvested between July and August, the Solina wheat used for this recipe is grown by ten producers gathered in the Solina d 'Abruzzo Producers Consortium according to the methods provided by organic agriculture.

Bottiglia.
