Bottle at craig’s. Pours deep brown, nose is caramel, toffee, wine, taste is dry, fruity,toffee,vanilla, berry.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear red-brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of oak, wine, sour. Taste is oaky, wine, sherbet. Sour finish.

Bottle. Dark brown pour, white creamy head. Aroma of soft vinous malty caramel. Taste has salty licorice, vinous red fruit, caramelised malt and a warm boozy finish. I like this stuff.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly deminishing head. Dark amner colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy vinius aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Alcohlic and barrel is present. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. More intense than great.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and liqourice. Dark malty, overripe fruity, dark roasted and breadish dark malty finish.

Dark brown, hazy. Strong roasted malt aroma. Flavour has a lot of sweet liquorice. Too sweet.

Clear deep purple brown beer, small aery beige head, unstable, dissipates quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, bit sourish, vinous, funky. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: caramel, sourish, some vanilla, funky, bit vinous, dark chocolate. Aftertaste: bitter, some mocha, earthy, tobacco leafs, caramel, tannins, alcohol, bit spicy, some liquorish. Surprisingly smooth and nice beer. Loved it!

Süßlich dumpfer Antrunk, zu geringe Karbonisierung. Leicht fruchtig, vergoren hefig, leider zu trocken im Nachgeschmack. 8/9/10/9//8

Sampled @ Zythos Bierfestival 2015 Dunkelbraune Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Früchten, Holz, Vanille. Geschmack nach reifen dunklen Früchte, holzig, Vanille, leicht säuerlich.
