Can at the rental in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours rich orange-gold, lightly hazed with a frothy, off-white head. Medium sweet flavour, ample caramel, pine, ripening citrus, toasted malts. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Resinous and sweet on the finish, more toasted caramel and bready malts, mild piney bitterness, marmalade. Old-school stuff. Pretty nice.

Can from Jumbo, Utrecht, in the garden, 14th May 23. Pours a dark amber, aroma is caramel, pine resin, dank, rich. Taste is burnt sugar and caramel, bitter marmalade, pith, resin, bitter finish. Old school and nice

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, hop bitter, pale malt, citrus - grapefruit, light piney. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201003]
