Part 1 of our stout series...this is our interpretation of a nice, not too heavy oatmeal stout with a hint of lactose to give it this nice velvety touch and hop finished with a mixture of Taurus und Simcoe.

330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Roasty, chocolately dark malty aroma, sweet-ish hints of lactose, a touch of roasted nuts. Taste is minimally sweet, slightly roasty dark malty, hints of lactose, chocolate, a touch of burnt coffee, roasted nuts. So-so.

Pours a black color. Medium tan head, which is mostly diminising. Roasted malt/coffee aroma. Moderate roasted malt flavor, with light sweetness.

33cl bottle. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of mild sourish dark malt, lactose, chocolate. Taste of sweet chocolate malt, lactose, soft roasted malt, hints of coffee.
