As people and breweries everywhere are fighting the scourge of Coronavirus attempting to „flatten the curve“, we want to take it a step further and CRUSH the curve.

This Hazy Pale Ale is among our first brewpub beers being bottled, so you can stay and home and still enjoy our delicious beers. This beer has all the juicinessof a NEIPA, but is very easy-drinking with less alcohol, so you can Crush a few of these and the damned curve at the same time!!
Double Dry Hopped with Motueka and Simcoe! Boom!

330ml bottle. Murky, bright, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Juicy, citrusy fruity and slightly piney, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, woody pineapple, whiffs of passion fruit, oaty malty background. Taste is slightly dry, oaty malty, citrusy fruity and slightly piney hoppy, notes of lemon, some pineapple, lemon peel, whiffs of passion fruit. Minimally creamy, watery texture, slightly dry, minimally crumbly palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Juicy, refreshing, highly drinkable - good.

Süffiger, bitter-hopfiger Beginn. Spritzig, weich, aromatisch, die Bitterkeit steigt an. Hefig-würzig bei schwacher Karbonisierung, mild nach Hafer. Intensiv hopfig, etwas Maracuja, mittellanger Abgang und Nachgeschmack. 10/11/12/10//10

Bottle, huge thanks rauchbierlover! Murky full yellow body, white head. Full aroma, citric, melon, gum, grainy, okay. Lean taste, but fresh enough, again, melon, some stone fruit, pineapple, herbs, soft hop burn, dry, vague grainy touches, solid hoppiness, ending slightly oddly bitterish. Okay enough, slightly too astringent for more, but good enough!

Bottle at a tasting. Thin body, moderate carbonation. Loads of hops character, also moderate bitterness - clearly on top of malt here. Lots of exotic and citrusy hops character. Does not feel exactly NEIPA-ish, good deal of bitterness here. But pretty easy drinking, clean, quite good.
