(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, star fruit, coriander and a touch of mustard seeds. Fruity, tart taste with star fruit, lemon, coriander hay and a light saltiness. No bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty, tart and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Started with a funky smell but over time the eldeflower kicked in more. Light hazy beautiful apperance. Absolutely stunning light eldeflower taste. Thin and lagom sour finish. Superb.
