Für Einsteiger. Das Zicklein ist verspielt und frisch. Mit jungen Augen erforscht es die Bierwelt. Der ideale Durstlöscher nach dem Sport oder der sanfte Einstieg in die Welt der Craftbiere. Leicht gehopft und mit belgischen Edelmalzen ist das Zicklein leicht auf der Waage, aber dennoch mit vollem Getreidegeschmack. Die belgische Hefe gibt die Richtung an.

330ml bottle. Murky, amber-ish, orangey, dark golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather expressionless, minimally bready, malty and yeasty fruity aroma, a citrusy hoppy touch, hints of orange, whiffs of cocoa and brown sugar. Taste is sweet-ish, malty, minimally sugary, slightly citrusy fruity, hints of orange, a touch of brown sugar, whiffs of cocoa. Watery texture, indifferent palate, soft to flat carbonation. Quite anaemic, expressionless, boring.

33cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of funky malt, clove, spices. Taste of clove, grainy and herbal malt, yeast.

21-07-18 // on tap at the brewery. Not really a witbier but hard to determine a style as its so light bodied. Unclear brown. Super light, watery but still nice aromas. Malt forward but not sweet. Nice for being this light.
